He began his building career as a carpenter in the family business, Vincent & Sons Construction in Jerome, Idaho in 1990. Chad has been a member of the NARI for 10 years, and served as President of the Idaho Chapter for three years (2003, 2004, and 2005). He is currently Treasurer of the chapter and an active board member. Since 2005 he has also been a member of Remodeler’s Advantage, a national peer-to-peer consulting groups.

In addition to serving in a leadership capacity with his professional association, Chad offers classes to fellow remodelers on marketing and financial management. He has also spoken to other industry groups on remodeling and business-related topics.

In 2009, Chad launched Boise’s Big Give, a community service program that donates $25,000 in remodeling services to a local family in need.

Chad is married and has two children. He is also an avid USTA league tennis player.

"We knew that remodeling
our kitchen would need
structural adjustments in
addition to a facelift.
Renaissance Remodeling
was willing to truly listen
to our ideas before and
during construction.We are
happy to say that we now
have a kitchen that is more
beautiful and more efficient
than we had hoped for or
even dreamed of."
