Choosing the Right Remodeler: The Initial Meeting

Your initial meeting with Renaissance Remodeling is the first step to developing the relationship of trust necessary to ensure your enjoyment of the remodeling process--trust in the quality of the craftsmanship, trust in the dependability of the contractors, trust that you and your home will be treated with the respect and dignity you expect.

Ask questions. Lots of them. Talk about your ideas, your hopes, your plans. Ask about our experience, our vision, and our way of working. Your remodeling project adds value to your home and your lifestyle. We want to be the right remodeler for your project.

 Once you have decided to move forward with us, Renaissance Remodel will

• talk about tentative budget
• take measurements and preliminary photographs
• establish a tentative time frame for the project

These factors will help us develop a Scope of Work that begins to define your remodel.

The Scope of Work & Design Retainer

The Scope of Work details our mutual understanding of the ideas and processes involved in your remodeling project, including an estimated price range to complete the project as defined.

Once the scope of work is agreed upon we enter into a Design Retainer, which sets in motion the next phase of your remodel where we spend time together choosing the materials and fixtures that will go into your home.

Review & Finalize the Plans

You've selected the finishes and materials, the final plans have been draw. You've met your project manager and are ready to begin construction.

Work Begins

We understand that the construction phase of your remodel can be a stressful time. Renaissance Remodeling will do everything in its power to minimize the stress by ensuring that we meet all your expectations--from showing up on time to cleaning up every day. Your project manager is always available to discuss questions you may have and looks forward to working with you to ensure your total satisfaction.
